RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Che Loco. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
- You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- Customised or personalised items, and items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@che-loco.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or mistake by Che Loco.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@che-loco.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Consumer Rights
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

WARRANTY POLICY

At Che Loco, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we've outlined our warranty policy below.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Our products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, or fraying.
- Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, or prolonged sunlight.
- Items that have been altered, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
3. Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
- Submit clear photographs of the defect or issue.
- Include a description of the problem and how it occurred.
4. Resolution Process
Upon receiving your warranty claim:
- We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
- If a product is deemed defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the product is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of the findings and discuss possible options.
5. Care and Maintenance

1. Free Shipping on Orders Over $250 AUD
Enjoy free standard shipping across Australia when you spend $250 AUD or more — no surprises at checkout.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed and packed within 2 business days of receiving your order. Dispatch is from Woolgoolga, NSW. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post with tracking included on all orders. Estimated delivery time (including processing):
- NSW metro and regional: 5–7 business days
- VIC, QLD, ACT, SA: 7–9 business days
- WA, TAS, NT & remote areas: 9–14 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can follow your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.
5. Express Shipping
At this time, we do not offer express shipping. We aim to keep our shipping simple, transparent, and free for all customers.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is late, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@che-loco.com with your order number. We’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
