CHE LOCO is the project of friends from Argentina. In 2023, we had a vision of sharing Argentina's heritage with designer-lovers in Australia, where one of us has lived for 10 years.

Upon returning from an 9,000km road trip through Argentina, where we saw our culture come to life through craftsmanship, we created CHE LOCO.

Our dream is to honour the skills and stories of our country's artesanos with people around the world, through handmade pieces that are uniquely Argentinian.

By adding a touch of traditional craftsmanship to modern spaces, our pieces create a link between past and present – something to behold every day in your home.

Above all, CHE LOCO is a partnership with the small communities and individual artesanos that make our pieces by hand.

We work with cooperativas across northern Argentina, who not only create the one-off pieces that you'll find on our website – but who help keep a long tradition of craftsmanship and Argentinian cultural heritage alive.
